I am Patrizia Canepa, the CEO of Oversea Consulting & Training Services, a company specialising in high-level professional English training for lawyers, managers, entrepreneurs, and international teams.

With a strong background in Legal and Financial English, I have built my career on one clear objective: transforming, for from a passive skill into a powerful professional tool. I work closely with clients operating in international environments, helping them communicate with precision, negotiate with confidence, and perform effectively in cross-border contexts.

Over the years, I have developed specialised training programmes in areas such as contract law, corporate governance, ESG, finance, and international business communication. My approach combines technical accuracy, strategic thinking, and practical application — always focusing on measurable results and long-term impact.

A fundamental part of Oversea’s success is its Academic Team , which, with exceptional professionalism and dedication, is responsible for designing attività formative innovative training activities and developing high-quality teaching materials . The team coordinates Oversea’s teachers and coaches, ensuring consistency, excellence, and attention to detail across every programme. Acting as a bridge between trainers and clients, it plays a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships and ensuring that each project is tailored, well-structured, and delivered to the highest quality standards.

Why Oversea was born
I began my career teaching languages at the Mazzantini Institute in Turin, following my degree in German Language and Literature from the University of Turin. Being bilingual, in Italian and English, I have always viewed languages as tools for connecting worlds, rather than just subjects to be studied.

In the 1990s, I felt the need to create something of my own—something capable of meeting the real-world needs of those who work, travel, negotiate, and manage international relations every day. Today, we are still here, proving that the original vision and mission are more relevant than ever.

Oversea was never just a school: it was—and remains—a laboratory of excellence. Here, every course is born from attentive listening, precise design, and authentic passion
