ENGLISH WEBINARS FOR LABOUR CONSULTANTS
FINANCIAL STATEMENT ANALYSIS
In collaboration with Euroconference, this webinar is designed for Labour Consultants and HR professionals and focuses on employment law , for (intermediate level recommended). Participants will develop the specialist vocabulary and communication skills needed to manage international employment matters with confidence, from payroll and employment contracts to workplace disputes.
Note: This event is currently pending accreditation by the National Council of the Italian Order of Labour Consultants.

• Foundations of Employment Law: employment contracts, collective bargaining agreements, and key legal terminology, including recruitment, dismissal, probationary periods and non-compete agreements.
• Payroll and Compensation: salary structures, gross and net pay, tax deductions, social security contributions, severance pay, and employee benefits.
• Employer and Employee Obligations: duty of care, workplace health and safety, duties of loyalty and confidentiality.
• Risoluzione delle Controversie e Compliance: mediation, arbitration, disciplinary procedures, and GDPR compliance.
• Equality and Non-Discrimination: gender equality, equal opportunities, and the English terminology used in anti-discrimination legislation.
• Professional English Grammar: modal verbs, the passive voice, conditional sentences, and reported speech.
